Poaching your eggs in these cups is easy! First, add boiling water to your Thermomix bowl and place the Varoma into place. Give your cups a thin layer of oil and crack your eggs into them. Put them in the Varoma (up to 4 will fit in the Varoma dish, and 5 will fit in the Varoma tray). Cook – Varoma/speed 3 for 10-12 minutes and then your delicious poached eggs will be ready to be served. If your eggs are extra sticky and need a little help to dislodge using a spoon to get the egg out will help. *Cooking time may vary.
