Automatic Controls

The La Spaziale S9 EK DSP is an automatic volumetric machine that allows you to just press a button and the machine will run a programmed dose (up to 4 doses). This is great for shops that are busy and don’t have time to operate a semi-automatic machine. Let your baristas concentrate on other tasks while the S9 automatically pulls your shots.

Thermostability Built In

The coffee boiler is equipped with a sophisticated temperature control system that ensures its stability by applying the machine’s memory of use and modifying the parameters according to forecasts based on the available information. It features an automatic operating temperature boost function.

Keep Your Shop Moving

The upgraded S9 DSP features a built-in volumetric pump, 2 double pressure gauges for boiler and pump control, a hot water spigot and 2 steam wands. You can keep track of the biller temperature with the LED display on the machine. This commercial espresso machine also features barista lights to keep you from working in the shadows.

Just twist the all in one cartridge out of the self-closing valve in head and spin the new replacement one in when needed, no water to shut off or turn on before changing,
